| What is Authorization Code? |

| Please make sure the billing address and zip code you entered during the registration process matches the billing address and zip code you have on file with your bank/credit card company. Please make sure you entered the correct credit card authorization code (a security code normally on the back of your credit card) during the registration process. Please register again with the correct billing address, zip code, and authorization code. If you still encounter difficulties, please email marlene at iqcd.ucsb.edu, and cc to support at iqcd.ucsb.edu. |

| The system sent out an email to the person who paid the OTST 2009 registration fee automatically. If you didn't receive this email, please contact us immediately @ support.otst@gmail.com and we will send you a direct link to Fess Parker special room rate page. |

What is Refund Policy for Registration? A US $40 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be faxed to +1 805 893-8170. Requests for refunds that are received by February 19, 2009, will be honored. All refund requests must be made in writing. NO REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER February 19, 2009. |
